Description
Founded in Spain in 1991 in order to promote the teaching of Spanish and to foster the culture of the countries in which this language is spoken, it has its headquarters in Alcalà de Henares (Madrid). It deals with the training of teachers and organizes exhibitions, conferences and concerts. It is managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Madrid and from the Ministry of Education and Culture in Madrid.
